One of the benefits of not having a great nights sleep is watching late night T.V.
Especially what are called paid programs.
These paid programs are basically 30 minute commecials...
These are carefully crafted infomercials that are designed to get you following a carrot and my favorite is one that uses the phrase....
"No Money Down"....
These words echo in the hearts and minds of millions and what it should read is....
No money down, except the money that you are going to send me!
As one of my clients, an expert in the real estate business said to me,
"The Easy money in real estate is gone!"
And I would simply add, there is no such thing as easy money, there is just money that you can work for in a wide variety of ways.
